upgrade,upgrade,upgrade!

Is it just me, or is everyone trying to "upgrade" everything? What is an upgrade, anyway? An advancement in something, I'd guess.

Upgrade: v. To improve the quality, standard, or preformance of something, especially by incorporating new advances.

Upgrading something is okay. We all need upgrades, whether we like it or not. But we should upgrade when we want to, not because we have to get used to something new.

Yeah, some people aren't. Including me. So why don't people first ask us if we want to upgrade? That'd be amazing! A democacy, not a dictatorship. Besides, that's the kind of country we are.
